Working Groups

Working groups are the life-wire of the network. Each working group has a membership criteria and is comprised of a team of that includes:

  • Experienced and early career scholars whose research areas of
    mutual interest in sustainable development and livelihood
  • Development Experts
  • Civil societies representatives
  • Government Representatives

Our working groups provide the platform for policy and social-ecological research, theory development and practice. WGs facilitate intellectual exchange and the development of research network on sustainability among social and environmental scientists. Group activities revolve around online webinars, workshops, research proposals, conferences and other forms of debates and dialogues. Working groups in Suliver are broadly aligned along regional and topical structures. Outputs of our working groups include empirical research papers, research proposals, coupled with methods and tools for interdisciplinary analysis.
